More than 1,000 kilometers of road in Germany, the Netherlands and Greece were monitored by EDGITAL’s SMART Fleet in 2022 alone.
This 250-kilometer-long motorway section connects Thessaloniki and Athens and is operated and maintained by Aegean Motorway S.A.
The section is constantly monitored by service vehicles retrofitted with EDGITAL SMART Fleet technology. Thus, road maintenance is largely automated and extremely efficient.
Our Greek SMART Fleet project: Maliakos-Kleidi
The municipality of Heiligenhaus, which oversees more than 120 kilometers of roads, was faced with the challenge of spending public funds as efficiently as possible while at the same time guaranteeing a high level of road safety for its citizens.
The city decided to retrofit its CityCat 5006 street sweeper vehicle with our EDGITAL SMART Fleet solution. The vehicle is guaranteed to automatically cover all areas of the city, but it can also target specific sections if required.
