Life-cycle management
The HOCHTIEF Group maintains and operates more than 1,000 kilometers of road worldwide. In many cases, the operating fee is linked directly to the availability of the road. That is why the efficient and sustainable use of resources is our top priority. By deploying our products, the SMART Fleet or SMART Bus, on your roads, you will benefit from decades of experience.

We developed our products based on the challenging requirements of HOCHTIEF infrastructure projects. Digital smart solutions are at the core of our approach. With our finger on the pulse of the industry, we have teamed up with Microsoft to create solutions that meet the highest standards.
Customer focus
The know-how gained in our infrastructure projects is at the origin of our products. In order to adapt these to the specific requirements of municipalities and cities, we are setting up pilot schemes with pioneering municipalities. Our innovation partnership with the city of Herne is busy developing the next features.
EDGITAL as part of the infrastructure for the Smart City
Cooperating closely with four other spin-offs of HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions GmbH, EDGITAL is part of the infrastructure of smart cities. Integrated and innovative solutions developed among the five subsidiaries shape the future and sustainable design of living spaces, true to the DNA of our parent.

Data centers
HOCHTIEF DCX GmbH, a spin-off of HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions GmbH, designs and operates data centers that reconcile the increasing demand for computing power and energy-intensive digital infrastructure with an economy seeking to shift to more sustainable options. The data centers are built away from the major internet exchange points, thus facilitating shorter network latency. In addition to providing faster travel times and data sovereignty, DCX data centers require less energy than conventional data centers and are operated efficiently from renewable energy sources.
